Materials:

  • green chilies
  • Fennel
  • salt
  • Turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Coriander
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • Oil
  • Red chillies
  • lemon

  • To make pickle from green chillies first, wash the chillies with water. Then dry the chillies by removing their stems.
  • Then cut the chilies into long thin slices. Do not grind the chilies too much.
  • Roast cumin, coriander, black pepper and fennel in equal proportions in a pan. After the baked ingredients cool down, grind them finely in a mixer to prepare a powder.
  • In a large deep bowl, add green chilli pieces, prepared masala and mix well. Then add turmeric, red chillies and salt to taste and mix well.
  • Then add heated oil to the prepared pickle and mix. Fill the pickle in a glass jar and keep it for 5 to 6 days.
