- Maida or wheat flour – 1 cup
- Boiled potatoes – 2
- Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
- Carrot – 1 (grated)
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Green chilli – 1
- Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Green Chutney – 2 tbsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Oil or butter – 2 tbsp
How to make Veg Frankie
It is very easy to make flavourful veg frankie. For this, first of all knead soft dough with flour or plain flour and roll a thin roti from it. Cook lightly on the pan so that the wrap is ready.
Heat some oil in a pan and add onion, green chilli and fry lightly. Now add capsicum, carrot and cook for 2-3 minutes. After this, add mashed boiled potatoes and add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix well.
First apply tomato sauce and green chutney on the prepared roti. Now add the prepared stuffing and roll it well. If you want, apply some butter on top and fry it lightly.
