Team India: BCCI has announced Team India for the upcoming T20 series against Afghanistan. For this upcoming series, the board has made not one or two but a total of 8 changes in the Indian team.

Team India: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced Team India for the upcoming T20 series against Afghanistan. Not one or two but a total of 8 changes have been made in Team India for this T20 series to be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Eight players who were part of Team India in the last T20 series have been shown the way out of this upcoming series.

Half of Team India changed in just one month

In fact, 8 major changes have been seen in the Indian squad for the three-match T20 series against Afghanistan starting from September 13. During the last series i.e. Zimbabwe tour, BCCI had sent a team of young players, but many senior players have returned to the team against Afghanistan. Let us tell you, Prince Yadav, Yash Thakur, Mayank Yadav, Ashok Sharma, Prabhasimran Singh, Harsh Dubey, Suryansh Shedge, who went on the Zimbabwe tour with the Indian team, have been dropped from the team.

These players returned

Fast bowlers Jasprit Bumrah, Harshit Rana, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Akshar Patel, Sanju Samson, Washington Sundar, Arshdeep Singh and Varun Chakraborty have returned to the Indian team for the upcoming T20 series against Afghanistan. However, Bumrah, Nitish, Sundar and Harshit will get a chance to play only after getting fitness clearance.
