method of making

step 1: First of all peel the potatoes. Then grate it. Immediately wash these strands 2-3 times in cold water so that all the starch is removed. This makes the pakodas more crunchy.

Step 2: Now Squeeze out all the water thoroughly by pressing the washed potato sticks with your hands or by tying them in a cotton cloth. There should be no water at all in the potatoes.

Step 3: Now Take dry potato flakes in a vessel. Mix gram flour, rice flour, green chilli, ginger, green coriander and all the dry spices in it.

Step 4: Of this matter Keep in mind that do not add water at all to this mixture. The remaining moisture of the potato is enough to coat the gram flour.

Step 5: Now heat oil in the pan. Take small portions of potato flakes in your hands and spread them without pressing too much and drop them into the hot oil. Fry the pakodas on medium flame until they become golden and crisp on both sides. Then serve it with green chutney and tea.
