Before 2017, the law and order situation in the state was bad, traders did not feel safe: CM Yogi
Moradabad. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday participated in the program organized on ‘Businessman Welfare Day’ in ‘Brass City’ Moradabad on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Danveer Bhamashah ji. On this occasion, inaugurated/laid the foundation stone of various development projects worth more than ₹ 365 crore of Municipal Corporation and Moradabad Development Authority including Moradabad City, Moradabad Dehat and Kundarki Assembly constituencies. Besides, business brothers who performed excellently in GST payment were honored and certificates were also distributed to the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on the occasion of Traders Welfare Day that the state government is continuously working to protect the interests of traders. He said that whichever entrepreneur or businessman registers in GST, if any accident or untoward incident happens to him, the double engine government provides financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to his family.
Addressing the program organized in Moradabad, the Chief Minister appealed to the traders to take advantage of this scheme. He said that the government is fully committed to the safety and welfare of the business class.

CM Yogi said that today’s Moradabad has completely changed compared to earlier. He said that there is a world of difference between earlier and today’s Moradabad. The district has created a new identity due to the development schemes of the government, better law and order and expansion of basic facilities. He said that the state government is continuously working to advance every sector through development and good governance.
Taking aim at the previous governments, the Chief Minister said that before the year 2017, the law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh was very bad. He said that at that time there was no employment for the youth, there was no concrete system for the farmers and the traders did not feel safe.
