2. Poor sleep: Eating cucumber at night can cause frequent urination because it contains a lot of water. Due to this, sleep breaks intermittently and one feels tired in the morning. Due to lack of good sleep the entire day is affected.
3. Weak digestion: People whose digestive system is already weak may face problems like acidity, bloating or diarrhea by eating cucumber at night. Night time is most sensitive for digestion, so heavy or watery things are difficult to digest.
4. Feeling too cold: Cucumber is cold. Consuming it at night may cause joint pain, cold, cough or stomach ache, especially for those sleeping in AC rooms.
5. Possibility of weight gain: Cucumber helps in reducing weight during the day, but eating it at night slows down digestion and increases the possibility of storing calories.
