A very painful road accident took place this morning on the Coastal Road leading from Marine Drive towards Haji Ali in Mumbai city of Maharashtra. Here a speeding luxury car (BMW) went out of control and fell down from the bridge near Lotus Jetty and Lala College. In this horrific accident, three people traveling in the car died on the spot, there is also news of many other people being seriously injured.
Police said that this accident happened at around 5:20 in the morning. When a black BMW car was going from Marine Drive towards Haji Ali. It is being told that due to high speed the driver had lost control of the car.

According to the police, the accident occurred around 5:20 am. 3 people have died in this accident. The condition of one is critical, a 20 year old youth has been admitted to the trauma ward of Nair Hospital in a critical condition. The two people killed in this accident have been identified as 21-year-old Shanay Gajjal and 17-year-old Dhirya Seth. Another deceased is around 25 years old and has not been identified yet.
Initial investigation reveals that the driver had lost control of the speeding vehicle while going towards Haji Ali. Let us tell you that Mumbai Coastal Road is a 10.58 km long road, which connects Marine Drive in South Mumbai to the Worli end of Bandra-Worli Sea Link. This is where this accident happened.

According to the police report, the speed of the BMW car was more than 200 kilometers per hour, due to which the driver lost control of the car. The car collided with the road divider and an electric pole along the coastal road. Let us tell you that the registration number of the BMW involved in this accident is DD01-C-6302. This vehicle is registered in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and is in the name of Falgun Gajar. Police is investigating this accident.
