So let’s know the easy recipe of high protein chocolate bars.

Health Tips: Do you eat ghee every day? Avoid ‘these’ mistakes, otherwise you may end up doing harm instead of benefit

Material

  • One and a half cups of oats
  • Half a cup of roasted peanuts or almonds
  • Two scoops of chocolate flavored protein powder
  • Half a cup of natural peanut butter
  • Two to three spoons of honey
  • A spoonful of cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
  • About 100 grams of dark chocolate

action

First, in a large bowl, mix together the oats, flaked peanuts or almonds, protein powder and cocoa powder. Now add peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence. Mix all the mixture well with hand or spoon. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a tablespoon or two of milk. Spread this mixture evenly on a tray or container lined with butter paper and press down gently to set. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the mixture. If you like, you can add chopped almonds, pistachios or pumpkin seeds on top. Place the tray in the fridge for one to two hours. After the mixture has set properly, cut into bars of your choice.

Tips

These high-protein chocolate bars can be easily stored in an airtight container in the fridge for seven to ten days. Enjoy these bars for breakfast, evening hunger pangs, or post-workout for both flavor and nutrition. Being prepared at home, the sugar content can be controlled according to your needs, so it can be a delicious and relatively healthy snack for kids as well as adults.
