There was devastation on the Afghanistan border, 35 people died in Pakistan’s rapid attacks.

New Delhi: Amidst the tension in West Asia, a war-like situation has arisen between two neighboring countries in South Asia also. Pakistan has once again violated the sovereignty of Afghanistan and launched a major military operation in the areas adjacent to its border. The Pakistan government claims that a total of 35 people, including a dreaded commander, have been killed in this ground and air attack based on intelligence input. This is the fourth major attack by Pakistan in just one month, due to which the tension between the two countries has reached its peak.

Pakistan enraged after attack on Karachi Rangers headquarters

This entire action has come to light after a major terrorist attack in Karachi on Saturday. There, terrorists armed with weapons and explosives carried out a suicide attack on the regional headquarters of Pakistan Rangers, in which three Pakistani soldiers were killed. In retaliation, three attackers were killed, while one injured terrorist was captured alive. According to Pakistani Army, the arrested accused is an Afghan citizen. The responsibility of this attack was taken by ‘Jamaat-ul-Ahrar’, an organization associated with Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, immediately after which Pakistan made a strategy for retaliatory action.

Midnight airstrike wreaks havoc in three provinces

Pakistan’s Information Minister Attaullah Tarar confirmed this military operation on the social media platform ‘X’. He clearly said that there will be no compromise on the security of the country. The Pakistani Army first conducted a ground operation in Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and killed four terrorists including chief commander ‘Khan Farosh’. Immediately after this, the Pakistani Air Force carried out precise air strikes at midnight on the positions of TTP and Jamaat-ul-Ahrar in Paktia, Paktika and Kunar provinces of Afghanistan. In this airstrike, 25 more terrorists were killed and their large cache of weapons was destroyed.

Why is the Pak-Afghan border burning?

In the last few years, suicide attacks on security forces and police within Pakistan have increased significantly. Pakistan’s direct allegation is that TTP terrorists have the protection of the Taliban government of Afghanistan and they are using Afghan soil to create bloodshed in Pakistan. On the other hand, the Taliban government of Kabul has been rejecting these allegations outright. However, due to this latest sovereignty violation action by Pakistan, the relations between the two countries have come to a very delicate point and an alert has been issued in the border areas.
