‘There was no discussion’, Trump’s ‘one-sided’ claim, Iran, uncertain Doha peace meeting

US President Donald Trump unilaterally announced the day of the peace meeting without any discussion with Iran! Iran made such allegations 24 hours before the so-called meeting. Iran’s foreign ministry spokesman Ismail Baghai said on Monday that there was no discussion about the meeting with Washington. Naturally, Trump’s demand for a peace meeting in Qatar’s capital Doha on Tuesday is now in the shadow of uncertainty.

After months of war, Iran and the US recently signed a peace deal. However, both countries have been accused of attacking each other. Due to which the demand of 60 days peace meeting is now in the face of great uncertainty. In the meantime, during a press conference on the Iran issue on Monday, the US President said, ‘America is doing very well to denuclearize Iran. There is a meeting in this regard in Doha on Tuesday. Iranian delegation is going to Qatar. I think they have already left or started preparing. Let’s see what happens. But we almost won the war. We don’t want them to have nuclear weapons. They will not have nuclear weapons. They agreed to it.’

After this demand of Trump, Iran opened its mouth. Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs there, Ismail Baghai said, ‘There is no meeting with America. There was no discussion about this. There was no talk between the two countries about the final agreement.’ However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has informed that they will send an expert delegation to Doha. The group will look into the exemption of Iran’s seized funds. However, the party will not sit in any meeting with America.

Not only that, Tehran also rejected the plan given by France to disable mines in the Strait of Hormuz. At the same time, Paris has been asked to refrain from any ‘provocation’ in a ‘sensitive and complex situation’. It should be noted that in the last few days there have been reports of Iranian attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz. America has claimed that they have attacked various installations of Iran in response to its attack. Iran has also attacked several US military bases in the Middle East.
