First of all, add fresh mint leaves, grated jaggery and two spoons of water in a blender jar. Now blend it well so that mint and jaggery mix together. After this, put cold curd taken out from the fridge in the same jar and also add black salt and roasted cumin powder. Now run the mixer only for 20 to 30 seconds, keeping in mind that the curd should not leave the butter, so do not rotate it too much. Apart from this, you can also churn the lassi with a churner (mustard) to get a thick and foamy texture and traditional taste.
