Top Bikes In India: The month of July 2026 was quite spectacular in the Indian two-wheeler market. Strong purchases from customers were seen especially in the motorcycle segment. The total sales of the country's top-10 best-selling bikes were more than 8.70 lakh units, which is about 20.60 percent more than in July last year.

Hero Splendor's dominance continues
Hero Splendor once again remained number 1 in terms of sales. Its 335346 units were sold in July. Last year, about 2.47 lakh units were sold in the same month. That means Splendor registered a spectacular growth of about 36 percent on an annual basis. Honda Shine was at second place, whose 191950 units were sold. Its sales also increased by about 20 percent.
Pulsar sales decline while Apache takes a huge leap
Bajaj Pulsar remained at the third position this time, but the sales figures definitely brought some concern for it. 66156 units of Pulsar were sold in July, which is about 17 percent less than last year. In contrast, TVS Apache performed tremendously. Its sales reached 59404 units, whereas last year this figure was around 37566 units. That means Apache sales increased by more than 58 percent.

Classic 350 and Bullet 350 also have strong grip
Royal Enfield's Classic 350 also performed well and recorded sales of 39197 units. Bullet 350 made a place among the bikes showing the fastest growth. Its sales increased to 26245 units, which is about 66 percent more than last year. There was a decline of about 22 percent in the sales of Hero HF Deluxe. Bajaj Platina sales were also less than last year.

Total sales increased in bike market
More than 10.74 lakh motorcycles were sold in the country's domestic market in July. Including exports, total sales crossed 15.54 lakh units. Total motorcycle sales registered a growth of more than 23 percent on an annual basis. Figures show that demand for commuter bikes as well as premium and sporty motorcycles remains strong.
