Thousands of job opportunities in Boeing, adding more than 100 new factory workers every week.

Washington. America’s famous aircraft manufacturing company Boeing has intensified its recruitment drive in the Pacific Northwest region to meet its production targets and overcome the shortage of experienced employees. According to recent news, this company is now hiring 100 to 140 new factory workers every week.

Boeing has taken this step to significantly address two major challenges:

Production Speed: By the end of 2026, the company aims to increase production of its 737 Max aircraft to 47 to 53 jets each month.

Retirement of experienced employees: There is a skill shortage in the company due to the continuous retirement of a large number of old employees. If we talk about the present, only 25 percent of Boeing’s workforce currently consists of employees with more than 6 years of experience.

Regional expansion and employment

The company’s factory workforce now exceeds 34,000 in Washington state and South Carolina. Along with hiring new people, the company is also training youth for specialized work like composite repair and electrical fitting through its apprentice program.

Recent challenges and future

This strategic recruitment drive is a positive sign for Boeing Company, as in the last few years the company had to face severe problems like frequent strikes, quality concerns and layoffs. In the first three months of this year, Boeing has made a huge lead over its competitor Airbus in terms of delivery of aircraft, which has also infused new enthusiasm into the company.

Recruitment Process: This company is continuously conducting recruitment programs in cities like Seattle and Portland. Non-verbal information sessions will also be held for Mechanic, Sealers and Electrician positions in the next coming weeks.
