Thousands of refugees try to enter Spain from Morocco in the dark of night! 9 dead in border clashes

Thousands of refugees are trying to illegally enter Spain from Morocco! Thousands of asylum seekers have already entered the Madrid-administered city of Ciutat Vella in North Africa. The situation is getting worse. At least 9 people have died in this dangerous activity that began late on Thursday night. 

It is known that in the dark of night, crowds of people crossed the border fence (Spain-Morocco Border) and entered the Spanish-ruled Ceuta. The local administration of Ceuta stopped them. However, realizing that the situation was out of hand, they asked the central government in Madrid for additional support. After that, the news came to light. Several pictures and videos have come out. Where it is seen that several thousand refugees are recklessly crossing the border and entering Spain. Needless to say, this incident has raised a new head for the refugee problem in Europe.    

The Spanish government said it was sending additional armed forces to Ceuta. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska will visit the area on Friday to inspect the situation. Ceuta’s administrative chief, Bachir Swihi, described the situation as “extreme chaos.” “It’s not possible to give an exact number, but thousands of migrants are crossing the border,” he said, adding that the border system “has completely collapsed.” At least 3,500 migrants have crossed the border from Morocco into Spain since Thursday night, according to a source.

Video footage shows a large group of Moroccans walking across the breakwater at Tarajal beach towards local roads. Most of them are young, but there are also many families, including women and children. Moroccan human rights activist  Ashraf Maimouni described the situation as “unprecedented”. Nine people have reportedly died in the dangerous crossing. Bodies have been seen floating in the sea.
