Materials:
- Onion
- Green chillies
- Coriander
- curd
- salt
- Chaat masala
- Red chillies
- Oil
- Mustard
- cumin
- curry leaves
- Asafoetida
- Peanuts

Action:
- To make onion salad, first of all, finely chop onion and green chillies, coriander.
- Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander in a large bowl and mix. Then add salt to taste.
- After adding salt and mixing, add curd as required and mix. After that add ground peanuts and mix it.
- Add red chillies to the prepared salad as needed. This will give the salad a tangy sour taste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Mix the prepared batter into the salad.
- Easy onion salad is ready.
