To prevent the World Cup, the statue of footballers protest! Teachers beaten by police, hot Mexico

Only 4 days left for the World Cup. Along with America, the World Cup is also being held in Mexico and Canada. Since the beginning, many protest programs have been seen around the World Cup in these three countries. But the situation in Mexico is a fiery situation. The teachers are on the road to oppose the World Cup in that country. They are not even hesitating to smash the statues of footballers as a protest. Allegedly, the country’s administration is obsessed with football by destroying the education system.

Why are teachers in Mexico suddenly angry? According to them, the administration is not giving any importance to the education system of the country. Money is being spent like water to build stadiums and other football infrastructure. That is why teachers are gathering in many fan zones of the World Cup. On the occasion of the World Cup, statues of many footballers were made in different parts of Mexico. The teachers threw them away and stripped them. Idols were also burnt. The current government should ensure salary and pension according to the demands of the teachers. At least 12,000 teachers are participating in the protest with the threat of not allowing the World Cup to be played.

It is known that the police is suppressing this protest of the teachers. Allegedly, rubber bullets and tear gas were used against the teachers. At least five teachers were injured. One of them has lost his eyesight. Although the Mexican administration claims, no such weapon was used. The president of that country, Claudia Shinbaum, said that they will not bow down to such pressure. However, several discussions between the teachers and the administration have come to a standstill. They are also planning to protest during the World Cup.

Along with teachers, animal rights organizations and other social organizations also joined the protest. More than 100,000 people in Mexico have been missing for years. Their family members are also protesting on the road during the World Cup. It is learned that during the matches of the mega tournament, a large police force will be deployed to prevent any protests.
