Those foods are as follows:
1. Hot water
The first thing you should do after waking up in the morning is drink lukewarm water. Not drinking water overnight causes dehydration in the body. Therefore, this deficiency should be compensated first thing in the morning. Drinking lukewarm water speeds up digestion and makes the digestion process run smoothly. People say that drinking hot water reduces obesity, but the doctor said that there is no solid evidence for this.
2. Basil
Chew basil leaves as soon as you wake up in the morning. Or drink it by mixing it in water. Tulsi increases immunity. Studies have shown that it is also helpful in reducing blood sugar and stress. Therefore, chewing basil leaves in the morning is a good habit.
3. Curry Leaves
Chewing 4-5 curry leaves after waking up in the morning increases the digestive power and iron content in hemoglobin of the body. Chewing curry leaves kept separately in your diet as soon as you wake up in the morning benefits the body in many ways. It is especially good for hair.
4. Cumin water
Soak one spoon cumin in a glass of water overnight and filter the water and drink it in the morning. This provides relief from gas, indigestion and flatulence.
