Top spec variant
This lifestyle pickup truck is one of the select lifestyle pickup trucks available in India. The company has launched its new version at a starting price of Rs 31.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This pickup truck has been launched in a total of three variants, the price of the top spec variant of which goes up to Rs 36.69 lakh (ex-showroom).
New LED taillamps
The new HiLux gets an upfront fascia, bold Toyota lettering on the grille, slim LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers and new LED taillamps.
Engine and Gearbox
The ninth generation Toyota Hilux is mechanically unchanged, and features the same engine and gearbox as the previous model. A 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel engine has been used in it.
This engine offers peak power of 201 bhp and maximum torque between 420 Nm to 500 Nm. The option of 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox is given with this engine.
