This dish is quick to prepare with minimal ingredients. A delicious dish made using rice, jaggery and wet coconut milk is loved by everyone. You can make this traditional dish for breakfast in the morning or even when you feel hungry in the evening. Instead of always eating spicy or oily food from outside for breakfast or any other time, eat tasty home-made food. This also keeps the stomach full and prevents hunger pangs. Materials:
- Rice
- Kiss of wet coconut
- jaggery
- salt
- Cardamom powder
- ghee

Action:
- To make Surnoli, first of all, clean the rice and soak it in water for 5 to 6 hours.
- Add soaked rice, wet coconut husk, jaggery and salt to taste in a mixer bowl and grind it finely. You can mix it with water if required.
- Take the prepared flour in a bowl and mix it with cardamom powder and cover it overnight.
- Keeping it overnight will allow the dough to ferment properly and the food will also taste better.
- Heat the pan and apply ghee on it and add the prepared mixture to small sized surnoli and fry the khamang on both sides.
- Khamang Surnoli made in easy method is ready. This dish goes very well with coconut chutney or coconut milk.
