Twisha Sharma death case: 5 days CBI remand of former judge Giribala Singh and husband Samarth approved
Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh’s famous Twisha Sharma death case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has now tightened its grip on the accused. After the arrest of former judge Giribala Singh, today the CBI produced him and Twisha’s husband Samarth in the court. Considering the seriousness of the case, the court has sent both the accused on CBI remand for 5 days till June 2. Now both will appear in the court again on June 2 at 2 pm.

According to sources, CBI will now interrogate former judge Giribala Singh and his son Samarth by making them sit face to face. The agency believes that the difference in statements made by both of them during separate interrogation will become clear when they sit face to face. The CBI has strong suspicion that evidence at the crime scene was heavily tampered with immediately after Twisha’s death on the night of May 12, which led to the former judge’s arrest.
CBI caught him as soon as he got a blow from the High Court.
Let us tell you that as soon as the Madhya Pradesh High Court rejected the anticipatory bail plea of former judge Giribala Singh on Thursday, the CBI team without wasting time raided his house. After a long interrogation, he was taken directly into custody.

This case has been surrounded by many mysteries since the beginning. The suspicious CCTV footage of the time of the incident, the husband Samarth’s sudden abscondence and subsequent surrender after the death, and the controversial statements of the former judge have kept this case in the headlines. Now, with the investigation being taken over by the CBI and both the main accused being remanded, the hope of getting justice for the victim’s family has increased significantly.
