Amidst this very serious environment, US Vice President JD Vance gave a statement which has sparked a new discussion on social media and online platforms all over the world. JD Vance, in a very humorous manner, took the names of two most favorite and important people of his personal life, in which India and Pakistan are directly connected.

After a very long and intense conversation with Iranian officials, JD Vance made a heart-warming statement from the stage. He said that ever since Pakistan’s Field Marshal Asim Munir welcomed us in Islamabad along with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, I jokingly say one thing to everyone. I say that there are two very important people in my life. One of them is Indian and the other is Pakistani. He further laughingly revealed that the Indian is none other than my wife Usha Vance and the Pakistani man is Field Marshal Asim Munir.

Pakistan and Qatar brought America-Iran friendship!

JD Vance said these interesting things in the presence of Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir and PM Shahbaz Sharif, who themselves had reached Switzerland to participate in this great peace talks. Let us tell you that Pakistan and Qatar have played a vital role in bringing arch rivals like America and Iran to one table. Vance praised Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir and said that in the last three months I have probably talked to Munir more than any other person in the world. Vance acknowledged that without Munir’s wisdom and his excellent military leadership, both countries could not have reached this milestone. He has proved himself as an excellent diplomat.

Earlier, the first round of talks between America and Iran lasted for about 21 hours, after which JD Vance described Munir and Sharif as excellent hosts to reduce the distance between the two countries. He called both of them excellent politicians because America and Iran had not sat at the table for such serious talks for the last two decades. JD Vance clearly said that Pakistan has done a wonderful job in making this entire deal possible.

What did Vance say about his Indian-origin wife Usha?

On this global platform, JD Vance could not stop himself from mentioning his Indian-origin wife Usha Vance. The Vice President shared an old memory that when he first told his mother about Usha Vance, her mother had very innocently asked which Indian tribe she belonged to.

Recalling his love story, Vance said that he first met Usha in 2010 while studying at Yale Law School. Gradually their love blossomed and in the year 2014, both of them got married, in which Hindu customs and traditions were fully included. JD Vance proudly told that he has three children and soon the fourth child is also going to come to his house. However, before this Vance had also expressed his wish in one of his earlier statements that he hopes that one day his Hindu wife will convert to Christianity.
