Two-Wheeler Sales: Lakhs of two-wheelers are sold every month in India, which includes both bikes and scooters. According to the latest data of April 2026, strong growth has been seen in this segment. A total of 12,54,455 units of two-wheeler sales were recorded this month, which is about 24% more as compared to 10,05,338 units in April 2025.
During this period, the most attention was once again attracted by Hero Splendor, which secured the first position in the sales chart. Apart from this, there has also been an increase in the sales of many other bikes and scooters.
Top 10 Best Selling Two-Wheelers (April 2026)
- Hero Splendor
Hero Splendor once again dominated the market. Its 3,09,131 units were sold in April 2026, which shows a growth of 56% on an annual basis. Its market share was around 24%. - Honda Activa
Honda Activa stood at second place, with 2,20,774 units sold. It registered a growth of 13% year-on-year and contributed 17% to total sales. - Honda Shine
Honda Shine took the third position. Its 1,82,874 units were sold, which is 8% more than last year. - Bajaj Pulsar
Bajaj Pulsar sold 1,31,031 units, registering a growth of 5%. - TVS Jupiter
TVS Jupiter recorded sales of 1,17,383 units, a growth of 14%. - Hero HF Deluxe
91,977 units of this model were sold, marking the biggest jump of 120% year-on-year. - Suzuki Access
Suzuki Access sold 70,339 units and had about 5% market share. - TVS Apache
TVS Apache sold 49,390 units, registering a growth of 8%. - TVS XL100
It sold 42,246 units and accounted for 3% of total sales. - Honda CB Unicorn
Honda CB Unicorn sold 39,310 units, registering a strong growth of 51% year-on-year.
Data for April 2026 shows that the Indian two-wheeler market is continuously strengthening and demand is witnessing a steady increase from entry-level to commuter segments.
