The first round of fixtures of the brand new season of the UEFA Champions League will get underway on September 8, with Matchday 1 spread across three days and featuring 18 matches.
The competition returns for a third season under the 36-team league-phase format, with every side playing eight different opponents, four at home and four away.
Matchday 1 will feature several high-profile clashes, with Real Madrid hosting Inter Milan and Manchester City travelling to Porto on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Liverpool will take on Atletico Madrid at Anfield while last season’s runner-up Arsenal will begin its campaign with an away trip to Napoli.
