At the same time, India is rapidly establishing its dominance in the world. Guterres called India the middle power of the world. Speaking to the Financial Times, Guterres said that because of America, the work of the UN is not going on properly. The budget is being cut again and again. The mission for which the UN was established. It is not possible to complete it.

Guterres said that there is a need for change in the UN Security Council as well as the World Bank and IMF. Only then can things be resolved. For this, new countries will have to come forward. According to Guterres, all three organizations are involved in controlling the world. During this, Guterres targeted US President Donald Trump. He said that the Peace Board cannot be an alternative to the UN.
