New Delhi, 15 September. Union Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Minister Pralhad Joshi said on Tuesday that retail inflation rising to 4.8 percent is the highest in the 12 years of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government. He blamed El Nino and other factors for the rise in inflation.
