BJP UP Unit: Bharatiya Janata Party has announced its new team in Uttar Pradesh. After a long wait, State President Pankaj Chaudhary has announced his new executive. A total of 64 officials have been included in this new team. To maintain social and regional balance in the organization, efforts have been made to give representation to every section. Pankaj Chaudhary has created a great combination of old and new faces in his team. The responsibility of Yuva Morcha has been given to Rohit Mishra, who has been made the new state president. This team will work completely in the upcoming election mode.

Team formed after 6 months

Pankaj Chaudhary was elected unopposed as the President of Uttar Pradesh BJP last year on December 14, 2025. This executive has been announced after more than 6 months have passed since he became the president. To prepare this list, several rounds of big meetings were held from Delhi to Lucknow. This list has been finalized after the consent of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the central leadership. The reason behind this delay was that the party wanted to keep winning and active faces on every post so that there would be no controversy in the future.

According to the list, 19 vice-presidents have been made in the organization who will look after the work of the party in different areas. Along with this, 8 General Secretaries and 19 ministers have been appointed. To strengthen the hold at the regional level, 6 regional vice presidents and office ministers have also been deployed. By making Rohit Mishra the president of Yuva Morcha, the party has played a big gamble in attracting the youth. This entire team has been decorated in such a way that no corner or caste of Uttar Pradesh feels neglected.

Complete structure of Uttar Pradesh BJP

To win elections in a big state like Uttar Pradesh, a strong organizational structure is required. This structure of BJP mainly works in four parts. At the top are the State President and Organization General Secretary, below whom work the State Vice President, State General Secretary and State Minister. This core team runs the organization in the entire state and formulates the election strategy. The state is divided into six major organizational regions, which include Awadh, Kashi, West, Braj, Gorakhpur and Bundelkhand. A regional president and his own separate team work for each region.

Below this, 98 organizational districts have been created at the district level. There is a district president and a district officer in every district. This team works up to the divisional and booth level, from where the management of elections is handled at the grassroots level. Apart from this, there are front organizations to connect different sections, such as Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha, Scheduled Caste Morcha, Backward Class Morcha and Minority Morcha. Every front has its own state president and a complete team.

Mission 2027 and importance of the new team

The biggest challenge before this new team is the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections to be held in the year 2027. The entire responsibility of winning this election will now be on Pankaj Chaudhary and his 64-member team. This will also be a testing time for Organization General Secretary Dharampal Singh, because this is going to be his first assembly election as Organization General Secretary in Uttar Pradesh. However, he has had a good experience in Jharkhand elections before, which will benefit the party here.

This new team will take complete control of membership campaign, rallies of big leaders, public relations and election campaign in the coming time. In the election year, the stature of the office bearers of the organization is considered no less than that of a minister, which is why many leaders of the old team were trying their best to remain in this new team.
