UP News: Prof. became the Vice Chancellor of AKTU. JP Pandey, MMMUT-Ballia University also get new Vice Chancellors
Pro. Jai Prakash Pandey was made the Vice Chancellor of the university three years ago. His tenure was completed on 15 May. After this he was allowed to continue in the post till further orders. Now under the new order, he will remain the Vice Chancellor for the next three years from the date of assuming charge.
Pro. During Pandey’s tenure, many steps were taken towards digital examination system in the university, changes in line with the new education policy, coordination with industries and improving the quality of technical education. It is believed in the affiliated engineering, management and technical institutions across the state that in the coming times, the university will work more rapidly on employment-based and industry-related education.
Pro. Jai Prakash Pandey has been made the Vice Chancellor of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for the second time. His tenure will be for a period of three years from the date of assuming charge. Pro. Pandey was made the Vice Chancellor of AKTU for the first time on 16 May 2023. During his three-year tenure, he worked to advance the university through research, innovation and a transparent system. The special thing is that for the first time in the 25 year history of AKTU, the university got NAAC A Plus status. He has many major achievements to his credit including the establishment of Kamal Center to enhance the Innovation Hub.
