Real estate boom begins in UP: Projects worth Rs 1270 crore in 10 districts
UP News: in Uttar Pradesh real estate UP RERA has taken a big decision to give new momentum to the sector. The authority has approved 15 new projects costing more than Rs 1,270 crore in 10 districts of the state. About 3,102 residential and commercial units will be developed under these projects, which will open new opportunities for home buyers and businessmen.
This decision was taken in the 201st meeting of UP RERA, where after a thorough review of all the proposals, approval was given as per the rules. The authority says that through timely approvals and strict monitoring, transparency will be maintained and the interests of buyers will be ensured.
How many projects got approval in Gautam Buddha Nagar?
Gautam Buddha Nagar has been at the forefront in terms of investment. Here, 3 projects costing more than Rs 507 crore have been approved, in which 380 residential and 169 commercial units will be constructed.
How many projects passed in Lucknow?
At the same time, Lucknow remained on top in terms of number of projects. Here, 4 projects costing more than Rs 90 crore have been approved, under which 330 residential and 348 commercial units will be developed.
How many more cities got approval?
Apart from this, various residential and commercial projects have also been approved in districts like Moradabad, Badaun, Varanasi, Meerut, Prayagraj, Muzaffarnagar, Ghaziabad and Gorakhpur.
What will be the benefits of these projects?
With the commencement of these projects, employment opportunities will be created on a large scale during the construction work. Also, there is a possibility of increase in demand in cement, steel, transport and other related sectors, which will strengthen the local economy.
UP RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy said that the authority makes continuous efforts to ensure transparent and orderly development in the state. He expressed confidence that through these new projects, planned urban development in Uttar Pradesh will get further momentum.
