This time, due to low temperature and continuous humidity, pink winter is expected to arrive in the state before time. According to meteorologists, the mercury may start falling at night from the beginning of October.
Although the scorching heat and humidity may still bother people during the day, the nights are going to be quite cool and pleasant. At present, the rains have stopped in most parts of the state and the weather is expected to remain completely dry for the next two days. But soon after this the weather will change again and a new round of heavy rain will begin.
Weather will remain dry for two days, then yellow alert of heavy rain from 24 to 27 September
The weather across the state has remained generally dry since last Sunday. Light cloud movement will be seen in the sky on Tuesday and Wednesday also, but there is very little chance of rain during this period. In view of this, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert of heavy rain from September 24 to September 27.
According to meteorologist Dr. SN Sunil Pandey, even though the total rainfall this year is estimated to be below average, the total number of rainy days has increased. Especially due to less impact of north-westerly winds, moisture has remained intact in the atmosphere, which will become the main reason for the major drop in night temperatures in the future.
A new system is coming from the Bay of Bengal amid increasing humidity and heat.
This major change in the weather amidst increasing temperature and humidity is coming due to the low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal, due to which there is every possibility of increase in rainfall activities. The Meteorological Department estimates that the sky will be cloudy from September 22 to September 29.
On Monday, there was bright sunshine in the morning and people had to face heavy humidity in the afternoon. An average of 2.4 mm rainfall was recorded in the state during the last 24 hours. The maximum temperature recorded on Monday was 35 degrees Celsius, which was about 1.8 degrees Celsius more than normal, whereas on Sunday the maximum temperature had reached 35.7 degrees Celsius.
There will be heavy rain from 25th September, warning regarding thunderstorm also
According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is every possibility of heavy rain in various parts of Uttar Pradesh on 25, 26 and 27 September. There are chances of strong lightning along with thunder and gusty winds in both the western and eastern major parts of the state. Regarding this, the Meteorological Department has advised to take full caution and a yellow alert has been issued for the people.
