Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy Examination-II Result 2026. Candidates who have appeared in the examination can check and download their result by visiting the official website of the Commission, upsc.gov.in. The result is available in PDF format, which contains the roll numbers of the candidates successful in the written examination. Selected candidates will be able to attend the Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview, the next stage of the selection process.
UPSC NDA 2 exam was held on 13th September
NDA and Naval Academy Examination-II 2026 was conducted by UPSC on 13 September 2026. Through this examination, candidates who wish to become officers in the Indian Armed Forces are selected. Candidates successful in the written examination will be called for the next stage. In this stage candidates are evaluated on personality, leadership ability, decision making abilities and other prescribed criteria.
Candidates selected through NDA will have to complete the prescribed training process. Candidates selected for the Naval Academy will be given naval related training. The final selection will depend on the relevant rules, prescribed criteria and all stages of the selection process.
How to Download PDF of UPSC NDA 2 Result 2026?
Candidates can download the result from the official website of UPSC Go to the ‘Examination’ or ‘Written Result’ section on the homepage of the website and find the result link related to UPSC NDA and NA Examination (Second), 2026.
As soon as you click on the result link, the PDF file will open. Candidates can find their roll number by using Ctrl+F on computer or by using PDF search feature in mobile. If the roll number is present in the list, the PDF can be downloaded and saved. A print copy can also be kept in case it is required in future.
Entering the roll number in the PDF means that the candidate has been selected for the next stage after the written examination. This does not confirm the final selection.
Selection Process for SSB Interview
Candidates successful in the written examination will have to go through the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview process. In this stage, candidates’ ability to become an officer, mental ability, leadership skills, ability to work in a group and personality are evaluated.
Candidates must get information about SSB interview registration, date, required documents and other instructions from the respective official portal. Emails and official website should be checked regularly for interview related notifications.
If any candidate’s roll number is not found in the result PDF, he/she should check the list again carefully and also read other information released by the Commission.
