According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of widespread rain in East Madhya Pradesh on September 24, while very heavy rain may also be seen at some places in the coming days. In such a situation, waterlogging in low-lying areas and increase in the water level of rivers and streams in rural areas can increase problems.
The departure of monsoon has started from some parts of the country, but the rains in Central and Eastern India are not going to stop completely yet.
