Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been in the news ever since he was selected in the Indian T20 squad for the tours of Ireland and England. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals have shared a video of Vaibhav on social media platform ‘X’. Speaking in this interview, Vaibhav said, ‘I am not here just to play, I want to play the kind of cricket that will allow me to dominate cricket for the next 10 to 20 years. When Virat Kohli put his hand on my shoulder during the IPL, I really felt like I was dreaming.’
He added, ‘If I play cricket for 20 years for any team, after watching the match, people should say that there was one player who single-handedly won the match. I want to dominate like that. It shouldn’t have happened, I just played and the match was over. I want to play such cricket that for the next 10 to 20 years I will play good cricket and maintain my dominance. I am also working hard for this. I started playing cricket because I love the game and I want to enjoy it for the rest of my life.’
