Vaibhav Suryavanshi has missed his maiden first class century by 8 runs. Vaibhav was batting stormily in the Duleep Trophy semi-finals against Central Zone and it seemed that he would complete his century at a strike rate of more than 100. But while trying to hit a six on the ball of Harsh Dubey, he was caught at deep midwicket. Harsh Dubey bowled the ball in the slot, on which Vaibhav slog swept but the contact between bat and ball was not good.
