Swapnil Patil made his international debut for the UAE . He captured the attention of the cricketing world with his unbeaten 99 in his very first international match. He subsequently distinguished himself with impressive performances in major tournaments such as the ICC T20 World Cup 2014 , the ICC ODI World Cup 2015 , and the Asia Cup 2016.
One of the most memorable innings of his career is his unbeaten 56 against a strong South African team in the ICC ODI World Cup 2015 , which is still considered an example of his excellent batting.
Swapnil is also playing an active role in the development of cricket off the field.
