Vibrant Goa Summit: 'Vibrant' to provide opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Goa to expand into international markets Goa Global Business Summit 2026' has been organized. From 29 to 31 October 2026 Dr. of Goa University at Santacruz. The three-day global business conference will be held at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium. International buyers, investors, industrialists and business representatives from more than 50 countries are expected to participate in the conference. The conference has been organized on behalf of 'Vibrant Goa Foundation' under the leadership of President Vinay Verma, with the support of Directorate of Industry, Trade and Commerce, Government of Goa.

According to the information provided by the organizers, a large number of industry representatives from home and abroad will participate in this conference. At the opening ceremony of this conference, Chief Minister of Goa Dr. The organizers have said that Pramod Sawant will be present as the chief guest. Union Ministers Piyush Goyal and Ashwini Vaishnav have also been invited. Former Indian cricket captain Kapil Dev is scheduled to guide the concluding session.

220 will connect MSME enterprises with 300 global buyers
The biggest attraction of this conference is the 'Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet' initiative. It will directly connect more than 300 international buyers from around the world with selected 220 MSME enterprises in Goa. These industries have been selected on the basis of buyer demand, product suitability, export potential and readiness to fulfill large orders. It aims to hold more than 1,000 pre-scheduled business-to-business (B2B) meetings over three days. Through this, local entrepreneurs will be able to get direct export contracts, new customers and opportunities for international trade partnerships.
'Bringing global buyers directly to Goa' – Vinay Verma
Vinay Verma, President of Vibrant Goa Global Business Summit 2026, said that international buyers with clear business needs and pre-qualification checks are being brought directly to Goa so that MSMEs in Goa do not have to travel abroad to find buyers. The aim of this initiative is to build a strong base of exportable MSME industries by 2037. How many business opportunities are actually generated from the business meetings will also be followed up by the organizers.
Trade opportunities with over 30 African countries
The fourth conclave will be organized in collaboration with the Global India Business Forum (GIBF). It will be attended by representatives of more than 30 African countries and Indian entrepreneurs. The platform will host B2B and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings to discuss new trade and investment opportunities. According to the Co-Chairman of the Council, Arman Bankli, African entrepreneurs will be participating with a list of requirements and investment proposals for the purchase of specific products.

The discussion will focus on the development of IT and startup hubs in Tuye, Chimbel and Parvari areas of Goa. Discussions will be held on investments in the technology sector, facilities required for industries and opportunities for entrepreneurs.

On October 31st, Gomantic entrepreneurs, investors and business representatives from all over the world will come together on one platform. There will be special discussions on the topics of global market access for Goa's industries, attracting investment and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Also, 'Youth Skill Career Census' is going to be implemented to get information about the skills and career expectations of the youth.

The conference is an attempt to broaden the concept of 'Swayampoorna Goa' by connecting the local industries, entrepreneurs and startups of Goa with the global market. The initiative is supported by organizations like GIBF, World Trade Centre, Adam Global Group, TiE Panaji, NBCC, RVNL and Goa Tourism Department. The success of this initiative will depend on the extent to which actual trade agreements, export opportunities and new investments are generated from the conference.
