‘A Bihari is heavier than all…’ What did Virat Kohli say after hugging Vaibhav Suryavanshi? Video went viral

After the title match of the Indian Premier League 2026, a very beautiful and heart-touching picture emerged from the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Star batsman Virat Kohli, who made Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) the champion, was seen having a special conversation with 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who was the biggest ‘sensation’ of this season, after the match. Virat, who himself has won the Orange Cap many times, saw this young player lifting the Orange Cap of this season in front of his eyes, who scored 776 runs in the entire tournament, destroying the bowlers.

After the end of such a long and tiring season, where scores of 200+ and sky-high sixes were seen in every match, Virat Kohli gave very simple and accurate advice to this young batsman of Rajasthan Royals.

RCB has shared a video of Narendra Modi Stadium on its social media. In this video, Virat is seen explaining to this rising star that one should not let this success go to his head, but should maintain the hunger to perform well continuously.

‘A Bihari is superior to all…’

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been dominant on social media since the beginning of the IPL season. Seeing his stormy batting, many veteran former cricketers of India have even advocated for his immediate inclusion in Team India’s T20 team. However, Virat Kohli wants this young opener to stay away from the noise around him and focus only on his game.

In the video, Kohli is seen telling Vaibhav, ‘We have to go up from here. Whatever has happened has happened because of good hard work, because of self-confidence. Now who is saying what, how he is saying it… I don’t want to listen. One Bihari dominates everyone, then the game is over.

Vaibhav created havoc with the bat

Even though Virat Kohli’s RCB won the IPL trophy by defeating Gujarat Titans in the final, almost all the individual awards this season went to 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

The cricket world is surprised to see the records that came out of Vaibhav’s bat in this season. Vaibhav hit 72 sixes in the entire season, which is the highest number of sixes hit by any batsman in any one season of IPL. He scored a total of 776 runs with an excellent average of 48.50 and an explosive strike rate of 237.30. Vaibhav has become the first batsman in the world to score more than 500 runs during the powerplay alone in a single season of any T20 tournament.
