Jhunsi police station arrested a wanted warrant accused in pursuance of the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) issued by the Honorable Court. After the arrest of the accused, the police has started the process of taking advance legal action against him as per rules and presenting him before the court.
According to the police, a non-bailable warrant was issued against the accused by the Honorable Special Judge POCSO Act, Allahabad in the case related to case crime number 484/2023, case number 1082/2025, sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code. Jhunsi Police is continuously searching for him to comply with the warrant.
Taufiq alias Hamza, son of Abdul Salam, resident of Isipur Malawan Khurd, police station Jhunsi, district Prayagraj (aged about 24 years) was cordoned off in Trivenipuram area and arrested.
