Rain and Thunderstorm Warning for 14 States
According to the Meteorological Department’s forecast, an alert for heavy rain and thunderstorms has been issued for July 23 across 11 states: UP, Bihar, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
Rain Alert for Delhi-NCR
The weather has taken a turn in Delhi-NCR. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for Delhi for July 23. The IMD states that the sky will generally remain cloudy tomorrow. An alert for very light rain in several areas between morning and afternoon has been issued. The maximum temperature is expected to be 33°C, and the minimum 24°C.

Rain Expected in Several UP Districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for several districts in UP for July 23. A spell of rain has been ongoing in UP for the past two or three days. According to the IMD, there is a likelihood of rainfall across a wide area of Eastern Uttar Pradesh until July 26. The department predicts that heavy rainfall may occur between July 26 and July 28. Meanwhile, rainfall is expected across a large area of Western Uttar Pradesh until July 27.

Will it rain in Bihar?
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms across several districts—including Patna, Siwan, Saran, Bhojpur, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Purnia, and Katihar—for the next 48 hours. Gusty winds at 50 to 60 km/h are expected during this period.
Rain Warning for Uttarakhand
The Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain and thunderstorms in Bageshwar, Almora, Dehradun, Nainital, Champawat, Chamoli, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Rudraprayag over the next two days. Winds blowing at speeds of 40 to 50 km/h are also forecast.
Weather in Rajasthan
A warning for heavy rain and thunderstorms has been issued for Rajasthan for July 23–24. The Meteorological Department has issued alerts for districts including Bikaner, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Pratapgarh, Banswara, Baran, Kota, Bhilwara, Sawai Madhopur, Jhunjhunu, Bharatpur, Ajmer, Karauli, Dausa, Nagaur, and Pali.
Rain Warning for Madhya Pradesh
The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in several parts of Madhya Pradesh over the next 24–48 hours. Minimum temperatures across most parts of the state have been recorded between 22°C and 26°C. Rain alerts have been issued for several districts, including Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Jabalpur, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Mandla, Dindori, Chhindwara, and Betul.
