West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026: In politics, both victory and defeat have meaning. BJP’s lotus blossomed in Bengal. Saffron started waving in the entire state. Those faces of the party organization who are not directly visible among the public continued to work behind this historic victory. At the time of this big victory of BJP in Bengal, it becomes necessary to talk about those important faces who worked day and night to make such a strategy for the party which is visible in the form of victory today. It becomes more necessary to know those political pundits of BJP organization when the contest is close and there is a struggle for every vote on both sides.

The reason behind winning Bengal is believed to be the efficient strategy and experience of Home Minister Amit Shah, who is an expert in election winning and winning strategies. Amit Shah camped in West Bengal for fifteen days. He coordinated with the officials of the party organization and gave necessary instructions. Organization meetings were held continuously to implement the strategy. He used to meet with party leaders till late night to guide them and campaign through rallies and road shows during the day. He held more than fifty rallies and road shows in West Bengal. During this period, he also made many important announcements which include implementing the Seventh Pay Commission for the employees after the formation of the government, dealing strictly with goons and infiltrators.
Worked as the chief strategist of the entire election campaign. He worked to establish coordination between different communities and social classes. His role was primarily that of a bridge between the Center and the state unit, allowing proper management of resources and visits of the central leadership.
Bhupendra Yadav focused on micro-management. He played a big role in activating the workers till the booth level and handling the electoral legal intricacies.
Sunil Bansal raised an army of ‘Panna Pramukhs’ at the grassroots level in Bengal. His main focus was on building a strong and disciplined organization of the BJP’s own to counter the ‘cadre-based’ system of the TMC.
