  • Oil
  • Red chillies
  • Lemon juice

Action:

  • To make Batata Chaat, first of all, put the washed potatoes in a cooker and add 2 glasses of water. Cover the cooker and cook the potatoes.
  • After the cooked potatoes have cooled down, peel them and cut them into fine pieces.
  • Pour oil on a hot pan and fry the potatoes on it until crispy. This will make the chaat taste very spicy and crunchy.
  • Take the roasted potatoes in a large bowl and add salt, red chillies and roasted cumin powder to it.
