New Delhi. This week of September is going to be very special for OTT lovers. Between 21st and 27th September, 13 films and series are going to be released simultaneously on different OTT platforms. This week the audience will get to see everything from mystery thriller to psychological crime drama, psychological horror comedy and reality show. The special thing is that in this entire list, maximum 9 movies and series will be streamed on Netflix. Apart from this, new releases will also be seen on Jio Hotstar and Sony Liv.
This week's hottest releases include Shaq Trust No One. This mystery thriller series will be released on Netflix on September 24. Artists like Parineeti Chopra, Jennifer Winget, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Soni Razdan and Sumeet Vyas will be seen in it. The story revolves around a mother whose child was kidnapped about 9 years ago. After setting out in search of a child, the biggest question before him is who to trust and who not.
There is also special content available this week for viewers who like comedy. Nimesh Patel's comedy special By The Dip will arrive on Netflix on September 22. In this, the comedian will be seen talking in his own style on everyday topics like family's WhatsApp messages, hospital bills and children's books. The new season of The Great India Kapil Show will start from 26th September. In this show of Kapil Sharma, many famous faces will be seen as guests along with entertainment.
Many different types of releases will be seen on Netflix on September 25. The crime drama anthology series titled Unabomber is based on the FBI's mission to capture notorious terrorist Ted Kaczynski. A Spanish mystery thriller mini series named The Final Problem will also be released on the same day. Its story is set in the background of 1959 where 13 people get trapped in a hotel due to a storm and then after a death, the story gets entangled in mystery and questions.
Apart from this, The Godfather Coda The Death of Michael Corleone will also be released on Netflix on September 25. It is a newly edited version of the 1990 film The Godfather Part 3, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Audiences will also get to see Brazilian legal drama Habeas Corpus on September 23 and psychological drama Delusion and psychological horror series My Sad Dead on September 24.
Hunkaar and Mango Pachcha will be released on Jio Hotstar on September 25. Hunkaar is a crime thriller that revolves around a 17-year-old girl and the serious allegations leveled against an influential politician. Mango Paccha is a Kannada crime action film in which an ordinary CD seller gets entangled in the complex world of crime and politics. Jungle Tales with Mowgli for children will also bring a new episode on September 26.
Cricketer Rohit Sharma-hosted gaming show Family Full House will stream on Sony Liv on September 26 and 27.
