How to pay the bill?

  • First of all, open the WhatsApp app in your phone and click on the rupee symbol visible at the top of the screen.
  • After this, many options will appear in front of you, where you will have to choose the type of your bill and your company or provider.
  • In the next step, you will have to enter your consumer number, account number or mobile number linked to the bill so that your account can be verified.
  • As soon as you enter the number, the system will automatically show your bill information and outstanding amount on the screen, which you have to check and verify carefully.
  • After this, you will have to choose the medium of your choice to make payment, where you can select any one of the methods like UPI, debit card or credit card.
