Social activist Huda Jariwala, who was jailed for allegedly making indecent and inflammatory remarks on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath after the demolition of the mosque located in the Collectorate complex in Saharanpur, UP, has once again come out in the open after being released. After coming out of jail, Hooda targeted Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that she was neither afraid of him before nor will be afraid of him now.
Huda Jariwala said, “Listen Adityanath, listen Ajay Bisht… I will still not call you Yogi… Huda Jariwala has neither been afraid of you before, nor will she be afraid of you now.” After his statement, the controversy that started regarding the demolition of the mosque in Saharanpur and his arrest has once again come into discussion.
The arrest was made after the demolition of the mosque
In fact, after the administrative action to remove the mosque located in the Collectorate complex of Saharanpur, Huda Jariwala had allegedly made indecent and inflammatory remarks about Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. After this, the police took action against him and arrested him and sent him to jail.
The police took this action on the basis of the complaint given by advocate Dushyant Singh. It was alleged in the complaint that Delhi resident Huda Jariwala made indecent and inflammatory remarks against the Chief Minister on social media and in public regarding the action of removing the mosque from the Collectorate complex. In the complaint, it was also mentioned that a video had gone viral on social media.
There was an argument with the police regarding going with the SP delegation.
After the demolition of the mosque, a delegation of Samajwadi Party had reached the Circuit House on 7 September. Meanwhile, Huda Jariwala had an argument with the policemen regarding accompanying the delegation. According to the police, the women policemen tried to remove them from the spot, after which the dispute allegedly escalated and a ruckus-like situation was created there. The police took him into custody. Later, a case was registered against the Chief Minister on the basis of a complaint related to his alleged remarks and he was sent to jail under action for breach of peace.
What did Huda say as soon as he came out of jail?
After being released from jail, Huda Jariwala raised serious questions about the action taken against her. He said that he had called the Chief Minister and DM “criminal” and stood by his statement. Huda said, “Of course I called Adityanath and DM criminals. If martyring a mosque is a criminal activity, then they are criminals. Putting me in jail illegally under section 151 is a criminal activity, so it is a criminal.”
Huda further said that she thought that perhaps she would get scared after being kept in jail for two days, but that did not happen. According to Huda, she was definitely troubled because she was allegedly detained illegally and sent to jail.
Addressing the Chief Minister by his name, Huda said, “Listen, Adityanath alias Ajay Bisht… Huda Jariwala was neither afraid of you before nor is she afraid of you now.” She said that wherever there is action to demolish any mosque or temple, she will reach there. Huda claimed that she would oppose the demolition of any religious place and her stand was in favor of the Constitution.
'Be it a temple or a mosque, I will not let it be demolished'
Huda Jariwala said that her protest is not limited to any one religion or religious place. According to her, if a case of demolition of any temple or mosque comes to light, she will raise her voice against it. She said, “Wherever a mosque or a temple is martyred, Huda Jariwala will reach there. I will not allow any religious place to be demolished. We believe in the Constitution of India.”

Huda Jariwala has previously been the spokesperson of Aam Aadmi Party. Currently she calls herself a social worker and YouTuber. He has also claimed to work in BBC London. In one of her old interviews, Huda had told that she was born and did her early education in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, because her father lived there. He had also said that his family belonged to Bhopal and Karachi.
Huda claims that she has also been a part of the research team of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Culture and Information.
