‘Will not let you offer bed sheet’, how has Ghazi vs Suheldev happened in UP?

In Uttar Pradesh, political temperature is high in the name of Salar Masood Ghazi and Maharaja Suheldev. On June 14, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi will address a rally in Matera area of Bahraich. According to reports, before the rally, Owaisi will also offer a chadar at the Dargah of Syed Salar Masood Ghazi. On the other hand, Arvind Rajbhar, son of cabinet minister Om Prakash Rajbhar and national general secretary of Subhashpa, has warned Owaisi in open words.

Arvind Rajbhar said that if Owaisi goes to offer a sheet at Ghazi’s tomb, the descendants of Maharaja Suheldev will not keep quiet. He also said that we have no problem with him contesting the elections. But they will not allow a sheet to be placed on the tomb of Salar Masood Ghazi. Arvind further said that Owaisi is going to start his election campaign from the land of defeat. From this you can understand their fate.

CM Yogi also raised the political temperature

CM Yogi reached Azamgarh on Saturday. Here he mentioned Maharaja Suheldev in a public meeting and targeted Owaisi. He said that the Neza fair of Bahraich was organized in the name of the invader Salar Masood. We said that the fair should be organized in the name of Maharaja Suheldev. Maharaja Suheldev destroyed the foreign invaders. Because of their fear, foreign invaders did not set foot on Indian soil.

Controversial statement of Shaukat Ali

Let us tell you that the tomb of Salar Masood Ghazi is located in Bahraich, UP. Salar Masood was the nephew of Mahmud Ghaznavi. Maharaja Suheldev defeated him in the battle of Bahraich. However, AIMIM UP state president Shaukat Ali gave a controversial statement on Friday. He says that Maharaja Suheldev is not a historical but a fictional character. If he was really a king then there should have been forts, palaces and historical evidence associated with him.

Owaisi’s eyes on 200 assembly seats

According to Shaukat Ali, the party will start its election campaign with a rally in Bahraich. There are preparations to contest elections on about 200 seats. Owaisi will start the election campaign from the seat held by SP. SP’s Maria Shah is the MLA from Matera assembly constituency. It is obvious that Owaisi has his eyes on Muslim dominated seats. If Owaisi’s support base increases in the elections, the Samajwadi Party may have to bear the brunt of it.
