Suryakumar Yadav has made India the T20 World Cup champion under his captaincy just a few months ago. Shreyas Iyer is also in the race to become T20 captain but if RCB becomes champion again, then Patidar can become the first choice. Former cricketer Ambati Rayudu has said on ESPNcricinfo’s show, ‘I would select two-three players and build a team around them and Rajat is one of them.’

Will Dharamshala’s innings change Patidar’s fate?
