‘Will we get relief from humidity or will rain become a disaster?’ Weather patterns will change from July 27 for the next 4 days
Now news of great relief has come from the Meteorological Department for the people suffering from the continuous humidity and scorching heat in all the districts of Uttar Pradesh for the last few days. According to the latest forecast of India Meteorological Department (IMD), monsoon is going to be fully active once again in the state from July 27. The department says that between July 27 and 30, the extent of rainfall may increase significantly in different parts of the state, although the intensity and location of rain may vary depending on the local weather conditions.
New weather system activated, strong chances of rain
According to the Meteorological Department, mainly two major seasonal reasons are behind this major change in the weather. The first reason is the northward shift of the monsoon trough, and the second is the continuous strengthening of the low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal.
Generally, such weather conditions significantly increase the supply of moisture in North India, due to which the chances of heavy rains become stronger. According to the models of the Meteorological Department, the impact of both these systems is expected to continue in Uttar Pradesh for the next few days.
Know in which areas of the state the impact will be seen the most.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is full possibility of heavy rain in many districts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh and Western Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, isolated heavy rains may also be recorded in some parts of the Terai belt adjoining Nepal.
Since the Meteorological Department has not predicted uniform rainfall for any particular district, it will be very important to keep a close eye on the local weather bulletins and departmental alerts issued from time to time.
You will get relief from the scorching heat and humid afternoon
The biggest and positive effect of the return of monsoon will be seen in the form of drop in temperature. For the last few days, people of the state were facing severe problems due to scorching sun, high temperature and very high humidity.
If this prediction of the Meteorological Department is absolutely correct, then there will be a huge drop in the maximum temperature and coolness will spread in the entire atmosphere, due to which the weather both day and night will become very pleasant and comfortable.
This monsoon rain is no less than a boon for farmers.
This rain is also considered very important for the agricultural sector of the country and the state. In this current phase of Kharif crops including paddy, the fields are in great need of adequate moisture, so that the crops can grow healthily.
The department believes that good rains will directly benefit the crops and the dependence of farmers on irrigation in many areas will reduce to a great extent. However, in areas where there is heavy or excessive rainfall, minor agricultural challenges such as waterlogging may also arise, so farmers have been advised to pay attention to local agricultural advisories.
Strict advice and necessary precautions from the Meteorological Department
IMD has appealed to the general public of the state to keep a constant eye on the latest weather related updates and warnings issued by the government.
During this rainy season, people need to take full caution to avoid difficult situations like lightning, waterlogging on roads and slipping. People living in areas where heavy rain alert has been issued have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel unless absolutely necessary and strictly follow the guidelines of the administration.
Weather move: When and what will be the condition in these four days
If we look at the timeline of this entire season, there is every possibility of an increase in monsoon activities across the state on July 27. After this, there are chances of widespread and heavy rainfall in all parts of eastern and western Uttar Pradesh on 28th and 29th July. Finally, this trend of rain is expected to continue over many areas on July 30, although this will also depend on the local cloud conditions.
Both positive and challenging aspects of climate change
This pattern of weather is not going to be limited only to providing relief to people from humidity and heat. If this rain falls as per forecast, it will greatly benefit the state’s reservoirs, groundwater level and Kharif farming.
On the other hand, in areas where there will be very heavy rains, there may be waterlogging in urban areas, traffic jams and some temporary problems in low-lying areas. Therefore, it would be wise to take both relief and caution together.
