However, he believes that this salary level in 2026 is ‘dangerous’. Not because it is too low, but because it provides a level of comfort that can prevent people from achieving big goals.

He said this comfort can gradually reduce the desire to explore new opportunities, change careers, start a business or take calculated risks. Kushwaha explained that when people feel that their lives are “set,” they often stop thinking about what else they want to achieve. According to him, this feeling of satisfaction can silently stunt personal and professional growth, even if he doesn’t realize it at the time.

In the caption of the video, he wrote, ‘Getting ₹ 1 lakh every month gives a feeling of security. Actually this is the problem. Most people stay stuck in one place for years, not because of lack of ability, but because they do not feel any restlessness or challenge.
