- Firstly visit the official portal dly.delhi.gov.in.
- Click on Apply/Registration option here
- Verify your eligibility by answering the eligibility questions.
- After this, fill the personal information as per Aadhar card and enter the details of all the family members.
- In the next step, bank account details will have to be filled, as the scheme amount will be sent directly to the bank account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- After this, upload all the necessary documents in the prescribed format, check the application form once thoroughly and then submit it.
- After submitting your application, you must also upload a signed copy of your local MP/MLA endorsement. Finally, download and save the Acknowledgement Receipt.
