Work from home 2 days a week in UP, offices will open in different shifts

The Uttar Pradesh government has taken a big decision amid the global fuel crisis. In the meeting of the Labor Department, the decision to work from home two days a week has been taken. Apart from industrial units, this system will be applicable in big institutions of the state. Offices will be opened in different shifts.

 

According to NDTV report, the Labor Department held a meeting on Sunday. It was decided to work from home for two days. Just a few days ago, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed to people to save fuel and work from home. In this regard, the UP government has taken this big decision.

In the meeting, special emphasis was laid on maximum use of public transport and opening of offices in different shifts. Let us tell you that on May 13, CM Yogi Adityanath had held an important meeting. In this, companies with more than 50 employees were asked to work from home for two days.

Work from home in Delhi also

Before UP, Delhi government has also advised private companies to adopt work from home for two days a week. Urged them to open offices in different shifts and promote public transport. Apart from this, it is mandatory for government employees in Delhi to work from home and use public transport.
