‘Work is not done without power’… Nagesh Ashtikar said on leaving Shiv Sena UBT amid rebellion
Tezzbuzz Desk – There is a lot of turmoil in the politics of Maharashtra these days. After Nagesh Ashtikar left the party, he has now broken his silence on this entire matter. Hingoli MP Nagesh Ashtikar has clearly said that he has decided to go with the government not because of any resentment, but for the development of his parliamentary constituency.
In a video message released on social media, Nagesh Ashtikar said that he has no resentment towards Uddhav Thackeray or Sanjay Raut. He said that Uddhav Thackeray has always given him respect and affection, while Sanjay Raut is like a father to him.
He further said that any decision in politics is taken after careful consideration. According to him, without being in power it becomes difficult to get the public’s work done. He claimed that many development projects in his area were stalled and funds were not being released, due to which he had to take this decision.
Meanwhile, Uddhav Thackeray has also become active after the rebellion in the party. He will visit various Lok Sabha constituencies of Maharashtra from June 26. During this time he will try to strengthen the organization by meeting workers and officials.
On the other hand, amid the questions raised in the party, Uddhav Thackeray has given a big statement saying that he has not come into politics to cling to power. He said that he will continue to lead as long as Shiv Sainiks want, but if the workers ask, he is ready to resign from the post of party president without any hesitation.
After this development in the politics of Maharashtra, political activities have become more intense, while everyone’s eyes are now fixed on the upcoming visit of Uddhav Thackeray and its political impact.
